Usage reports

About usage reports

eRoom 7 can log sessions and usage statistics in a site-wide usage database and provide Web-based administrative reports. You can also export the usage reports as comma-separated Excel spreadsheets. For explanations of how eRoom 7 defines various usage events or items for usage reporting purposes (for example, a "visit," a "moved room," or a "deletion"), refer to the Definitions section in this topic.

In addition, you can use charting software or other tools to further analyze usage data. Refer to the usage report schema tables for information helpful for such analysis.
